Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Manufacturing

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), your role is fundamental as you serve as the outward face of the company, establishing and nurturing relationships with our valued customers. You'll be at the forefront of communication, managing a range of tasks that involve direct interaction with assigned customer accounts and seamless collaboration with internal departments.

Your daily responsibilities encompass utilizing the company's computer systems to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries. This includes the critical task of receiving and processing sales orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. Your communication skills will be crucial, as you engage with customers to fulfill requests for technical information, provide updates on orders, and facilitate order expedites when necessary.

Working closely with various internal teams, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts to meet customer needs. This involves addressing and resolving any issues that may arise and proactively finding solutions to challenges, showcasing your problem-solving abilities. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering positive long-term relationships.

Requirements

1. Advanced Technical Proficiency: Mastery in computer skills, including Excel and MS Word, demonstrating a high level of competence in leveraging technology for various tasks.

2. Specialized Education or Experience: Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and experience, showcasing a solid foundation to excel in the specified role.

3. Industrial Manufacturing Acumen: Proven experience and a deep understanding of Industrial Manufacturing environments, coupled with expertise in ERP/MRP systems, ensuring a strategic and informed approach to the position.

Schedule 

This is a Monday through Friday position, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is onsite, and the successful candidate is expected to be comfortable with a full-time presence at the designated location.
