We are looking to hire a highly capable CNC Maintenance Technician at our world-class manufacturing facility in Mansfield TX.

Description

As part of the maintenance team, the Maintenance Mechanic will safely provide quality and craftsmanship during preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment. This role is focused on the preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment in a production environment. Maintenance mechanics are dedicated to ensuring equipment reliability, repeatability, and availability through preventive maintenance, general repairs, and effective responsiveness. The Maintenance Mechanic supports all facilities and maintenance department operations and equipment largely through preventive maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of on-the-job experience in an industrial manufacturing facility or other preventive maintenance activities
• Working knowledge of tooling and methods used for preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment, which will include mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical, is required
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and PM instructions
• General communication and organization skills
• Basic PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office suite and CMMS systems (Limble experience desired)
• Experience with the application of measuring instruments and tools
• Ability to operate equipment needed to perform job duties such as hoists, motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, boom lifts and scissor lifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
