A manufacturer of high-end firearms is adding a CNC Maintenance to their team! CNC Machine Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventative maintenance on machinery, as well as helping with the upkeep of facilities, under the guidance of the CNC Programmer Lead.

CNC Maintenance Job Responsibilities:
- Use and read calipers, Micrometer, and pin gages
- Perform repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment including hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Perform batch checks during production runs and make offset adjustments
- Change tools on vertical milling machines
- Required preventive maintenance along with running the machine
- Repair any issues on CNC machines
- Facility Maintenance as well as needed
- Performing maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems and heating/air-conditioning units.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm ( 3 day weekend )
Pay: $55k-70k a year or Depend on experience.
CNC Maintenance Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of Electrical , Pneumatics, Hydraulic , and Mechanical Systems
- Maintenance on CNC machines
- Experience with operating HAAS machines or FANUC machines preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adherence to all safety and standards of the job
