Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Inside sales rep for our client in the Aviation industry. The role does include admin duties and in office is required. If you have admin exp and Aviation experience that is a plus.
Job Purpose:
The Inside Sales Representative will assist in the achievement, and act in support of, the sales of the clients products and solutions into approved markets in support of assigned company goals and quotas.
Responsibilities:
- · Maintains customer communications regarding order processes as well as follows up on all orders
- · Maintains CRM Software to include customer information, leads and opportunities
- · Generates, submits and follows up with support and maintenance contracts
- · Ensures Export Administration Regulation (EAR) compliance software runs against all new customers and existing oversea customers; completion of End Use/User forms for all VARSs and brokers before product shipment
- · Quotes -generate quotes for repeat sales, web requests as well as monthly support quotes; assist sales team with quotes
- · Convert sales orders and communicates status with customer
- · Completes required tasks in a timely fashion with minimal supervision
- · Handle preliminary review of quotes, purchase orders before routing them for signoff and acceptance
- · Respond to incoming web request within 24 hours of receipt with a quote
- · Commitment to comply with the requirements of the companies Quality System Manual.
- · Continual improvement of the quality management systems effectiveness.
Knowledge and Skill Requirement:
- Associates degree required, bachelor’s preferred
- 5+ years of Inside Sales experience
- 5+ years in a customer service-oriented role
- Ability to respond to multiple tasks in a controlled and detailed fashion
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
- Aviation industry experience a plus
