Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be an energetic sales professional with experience in selling products or services related to solar, home services, construction, or similar industries being a plus. Experience with Salesforce CRM is additionally valued but not essential.

This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively within our process.

Responsibilities:

• Present customers due for renewal with available renewal packages, emphasizing the value and benefits tailored to their needs.
• Conduct sales and service-related calls to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Engage in sales prospecting and qualification to identify and nurture potential leads into valuable customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions within Salesforce CRM (if experienced, otherwise training will be provided).
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an inside/outside sales role, selling products or services related to solar, home services, construction, or similar industries a definite plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $51,600.00 per year
