Job Description
Our Inside Sales team helps support outside sales as well as adding value to revenue generation. This team is a collaborative, intuitive, and all around fun atmosphere to work in! We work hard, we play hard, and are here to support each other in the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Aggressively achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Actively maintain customer relationships, keeping them aware of latest products and promotions.
- Log all activity in HubSpot.
- 40+ outbound phone calls per day.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, Lead generation and Inside Sales experience a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Aggressive sales minded attitude.
- Sense of urgency.
