- Skillfully manage follow-ups on pending quotes to finalize sales opportunities.
- Initiate lead generation initiatives through strategic cold-calling and effective use of databases.
- Take charge of the entire Inside Sales process, from its inception to successful closure, consistently surpassing sales targets.
- Utilize ERP system proficiently to generate precise quotes and deliver compelling product presentations to clients.
- Proactively handle customer inquiries after quotes, ensuring their satisfaction and creating avenues for further sales.
- Work seamlessly with the Outside Sales team to ensure a unified approach towards customer engagement and contentment.
- Offer extensive product knowledge and industry insights to address client queries and stimulate sales.
- Serve as an internal sales advocate, continuously striving to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding business development goals within a sales environment.
- Proficiency in social media engagement and adeptness in cold-calling techniques.
- Strong competitive spirit coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
