Primary Responsibilities:

• Make 110+ Dials each shift
• Maintain minimum production standards on a monthly basis
• Call and manage company generated leads who are interested in going solar
• Answer questions and educate potential customers on the benefits of going solar and the steps required
• Schedule appointments over the phone for Field Sales Consultants
• Manage a pipeline of leads to successfully grow sales
• Help families save money on their current utility bill
• Help the environment by promoting renewable energy

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile
• Previous call center/Inside Sales/tele-sales experience highly desired
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
• Experience with CRM systems desired but not required
• Must be available Full-Time
• Must be available to work some evenings & weekends
  • Four 8 hour work days, and One 8 hour weekend shift each week.
  • Shifts are as follows:
  • 7:00 am - 4:00 pm MST or 11:00 am - 8:00 pm MST during the week
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST on the weekend
• An offer of employment for this role will be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
