Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the VP of Sales
We are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our growing Sales team!

The right candidate will have the opportunity to be a key player in the Empire Cooler customer experience. The goal of the Inside Sales Representative is to build pipeline, qualify leads, advance sales campaigns, close business and exceed quota.
The key to this role is to carry out our sales strategy within your territory to create customer relationships and earn new business. This includes your ability to qualify, articulate value, inspire and position the value of our refrigeration and ice generating product offerings to ensure our customer’s success.
Responsibilities:
1. Generating qualified pipeline in net-new accounts and increasing the sales pipeline in existing accounts
2. Strategically prospecting for outbound opportunities
3. Gaining interest through tailored outbound cold calls, emails and multi-touch campaigns
4. Articulate the Empire Cooler value proposition and how we deliver desired outcomes to our clients.
5. Anticipating and effectively overcoming objections
6. Exceed activity metrics specific to phone calls, prospecting cadences, virtual sales calls and closing business
7. Reach out to C-level executives, decision makers and decision influencers with client-specific messaging
8. Share our customer use cases and examples along with measurable results and metrics with our prospects
9. Attend and participate in trade shows and other selling events
10. Invest in an intellectually challenging position that will take you out of your comfort zone
11. Report to the Chicago, IL corporate office four days-per week
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree
? Minimum 3 years in professional experience
? Experience outbound prospecting into a large list of target accounts
? Measurable track record of success against target goals
? History of exceeding quota and activity requirements
? Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
? Exhibits excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
? Someone who is dedicated, a hard worker and looking for a long-term career in sales
