This is role that would suit an Inside Sales professional with excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, excellent written and spoken communication skills face-to-face and over the phone, a sales and technical aptitude.
Successful candidates would come for the telecom, wireless, DAS (distributed antenna systems) and technical manufacturing or distribution industries (eg electronic components, RF components, radio components). An electrical engineering education background as a graduate would be an advantage as being bi-lingual (English/Spanish). The organizational, computer literacy and communication demands of the role would also fit an experienced PA or EA.
The role requires
- Direct reporting to the head of DAS sales
- Ongoing communication and project fulfilment with customers and manufacturers reps
- Liaison with internal manufacturing to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met
- Co-ordination with external partners to ensure ancillary product deliveries are met
- Completing necessary documentation with accuracy and precision
- Maintaining opportunity and sales databases with accuracy and precision
- Working closely with engineering and accounting
- Creating Sales pipeline and project documentation
- Periodic travel to attend trade fairs (eg Florida, Las Vegas, other)
- Use of Salesforce.com and CPQ module of Salesforce.com
- Excellent skills with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
