Inside Sales Representative
Samsung Biologics America, Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping our Sales Team identify sales opportunities and support the Sales Team for lead development, communicating with customers, understanding customer needs, meeting planning, trade show preparation, meeting follow up, CRM management and meeting documentation.
To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
- Develop, qualify, and follow up on leads to create sales opportunities.
- Answer potential customers' inquiries and provide additional information via email.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of current and potential customers
- Explain and demonstrate product and service features to potential customers.
- Stay informed about competing products and services in the market.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales and cold calling skills

Education and experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or a related role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in SalesForce

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
