As an Inside Sales Consultant- Clinical Assessments (Growth) your mission is to attain your growth/new business sales goals. You will promote our products, services, and solutions to assigned customer contacts in your territory. Your role is vital in maintaining, strengthening, and building customer relationships to enhance the connection between the customer and Riverside Insights while continuing to drive sales.

In this role you will get to:

  • Attain annual Bookings target for New Business by following up on leads that are routed to you through customer service, our website, HubSpot, or other marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in all Riverside clinical products and strategic distributed products
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that is consistent with department objectives and priorities and produces New Customer bookings at or above the target level.
  • Take a “forward looking approach” to monitor the plan for deviations and suggest alternative strategy direction.
  • Schedule manager for sales call with customer with a web-based sales presentation that results in an opportunity.
  • Utilize CRM (Netsuite and Hubspot) reports/data to track all lead/sales activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • NetSuite and HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Skilled at building rapport with customers
  • Highly motivated, goal driven and possesses desire to up-sell and cross-sell new logos
  • Proficient in utilizing Power Point and Excel
  • Effective in delivering Web-based presentations
  • Capable of improvement through effort and persistence
  • Embraces opportunities to learn
  • Collaborative and able to work across departments to attain desired outcomes
  • Uses data driven information to formulate sales strategy

Physical Requirements for this position:

  • Remote
  • Up to 10% travel for off-site team meetings
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually
