Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through warm calling and business development. Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update information, and manage sales pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products in the market
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets

Salary: $55,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
