Job Summary

Tolemi provides SaaS products to city government leaders enabling them to to more effectively use data from across IT systems. Our BuildingBlocks platform is helping cities use data to combat blight, identify problem landlords, and identify people and neighborhoods for assistance.

We are searching for Account Executives to play critical roles in our growing business. You will be responsible for executing complete sales cycles from initial conversation to close. This fast-paced & rewarding role is perfect for an Account Executive who is looking to build their resume by working closely with the VP of Sales to develop and execute on the sales strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, relationship building, driving evaluation, and closing.

  • Independently run full sales cycles
  • Ensure sales revenue goals are achieved on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Develop a solid understanding of Tolemi products and government needs
  • Strategically target, research, and approach target cities
  • Deliver Tolemi product demonstrations to prospects
  • Identify and gain access to decision makers
  • Maintain account records in the CRM, Salesforce.com
  • Work with VP of Sales to refine sales strategy

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.

The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.
