Victoria Builder Supply is a small business in Victoria, TX. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to provide excellent Customer Service throughout the product selection and installation process.
Duties:
- Greet and help customers when they walk into the showroom.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and assist customers with making their selections.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Use ServiceTitan to track and manage customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to effectively engage customers through outbound calling and warm calling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
