Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated, self oriented Customer Service Representative. This is NOT an entry level position. We do required at least 1 year experience in Customer Service or office related work. This is a highly interactive with others position and requires exceptional Customer Service and communication skills. Our company is recognized as the nation’s largest and most experienced independent millwork distribution company for new home construction. Responsabilities:

• Follow sales order process to assist sales team and customers
• Data Entry
• Answer Phones
• Quote projects and prepare sales orders
• Design solutions for home builders
• General office duties
• Problem-solve challenging situations

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain a positive, professional, constructive attitude as a team player.
• Ability to follow a proven sales order process and respond positively to feedback.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services or office related work.

Location: Pflugerville TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Start: $18hr to $20hr DOE
