Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and availability.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using Customer Service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Bilingual proficiency may be required for certain positions (depending on the customer base).
