Innovative Medicine Supply Chain is a global organization responsible for producing and supplying medicines to markets around the world. With quality as its primary focus, this group collaborates with Research & Development and Commercial partners to deliver life-changing solutions for patients in need.
The Small Molecule Global Platform Finance Lead (GPFL) within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain is responsible for:
- Leads an organization of ~25 finance professionals (including six plant controllers) at eight manufacturing sites globally.
- Strategically partner with the Vice President of Integrated Small Molecule Manufacturing and directly contribute to the development of end-to-end platform strategies to drive optimal business solutions.
- Evaluate and execute short and long-term financial performance as well as assessing and quantifying risks and opportunities for the platform. Support short and long-term platform investments and resource prioritization.
- Ensure financial compliance within the large Molecule Platform.
- Responsible for development of the Business Plan, financial updates, monitoring execution and communicating results to Senior Leaders.
- The Global Finance Platform Lead is a member of the IMSC CFO’s extended staff and a member of the Small Molecule Platform Leadership team.
- Act as key leader in execution of finance organization strategies, including the implementation of the SigniFi and Transcend programs at the manufacturing sites.
- Attract, develop, and retain strong Finance talent on the team.

Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- An MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other advanced degree(s) or financial certification(s) is preferred
- A minimum of eight years of finance business experience is required
- Working knowledge of US GAAP is required
- Experience managing and developing people is required
- Ability to analyze financial data and bring clarity to complex business issues is required
- Demonstrated strong performance providing financial leadership is required.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, matrixed, and ambiguous environment required
- A proven track record influencing and interacting with senior level management is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Prior Johnson & Johnson Finance experience preferred.
- Prior experience in Supply Chain is highly preferred.
- This position can be located anywhere in Europe or North America and will require up to 30% travel.
The base pay range for this position is $160,000 - $276,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
