Responsibilities:

• Works with Processing department to stage and palletize raw materials for batching based on production schedule
• Utilizes RF Smart scanners to ensure items are moved and staged systematically
• Ensures orderly distribution of materials to Processing by pulling staged materials from inventory and delivering in a timely manner
• Ensures leftover materials are physically and systematically put away
• Works closely with the Procurement Ingredient Specialist to:-
• perform pre- and post-production inventory counts on raw materials
• ensure inbound raw materials are inventoried and received systematically
• Performs shipping container inspections on inbound ingredient shipments.
• Collects representative samples of ingredient shipments for analytical testing as needed
• Has a clear understanding of GMPs and ingredient quality concerns
• Follows all work instructions and SOPs
• Effectively communicates with Processing, Warehouse and Quality team leaders to ensure fluid interdepartmental transfer
• Follows safety rules and precautions at all times
• Assists with disposal and/or recycling of raw material packaging

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reach truck experience required
• Attention to detail
• Mathematical skills
• Computer skills required
• Ability to read and analyze Information.
• Able to handle strong smells for a long period of time
• Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred
