At Princeton Medical Group, P.A. our mission has always been to deliver excellent medical care with compassion. We are a private medical practice with over 35 providers and 9 medical specialties. We are searching for dedicated and motivated employees to join our dynamic and growing team!

We are currently looking to hire a full time Certified Medical Assistant to work in our Infusion Department

We are offering a $5,000 Sign On Bonus for this position. The first half of the payment will be after 90 days with the organization in this position and the second half will be after 6 months with the organization.

Infusion MAResponsibilities:

• Escorts patients to exam rooms and take vitals.
• Monitor Infusion department schedule
• Clean Infusion Room facilities
• Manage Infusion queue in EMR system
• Monitor patient vitals as they receive treatment
• Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation and assists in maintenance of all logs
• Schedule lab tests and Triage patient calls.
• Maintains safe, secure, healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Ability & willingness to provide relief in any of our local offices as determined by supervisor
• Demonstrating excellent customer service
• Distribution of mail for the Infusion department
• Assist with emergencies within the scope of the Medical Assistant certification
• Other duties as assigned to by management

Infusion MA Requirements:

• Valid Medical Assistant Certification/Credential (Preferred)
• Ability to cover in the absence of other Medical Assistants as determined by supervisor
• Must have recent experience in a medical office setting
• 1 year of recent experience as a Medical Assistant, patient scheduling and EMR inbox management
• Must have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of client care
• Excellent communication & organization skills
• Detail-oriented and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, flexibility is necessary as this schedule is subject to change.
• Overtime as required
