Infrastructure Reporting & Audit/RiskAssessment Support
Hybrid - NYC (candidate must come to the office at least 3 business days a week)
pay range: 70-75/hr

Responsibilities:

• Data collection: Collecting relevant data from various sources
• Data analysis: Analyzing and collected data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may impact infrastructure performance or availability
• Report generation: Creating reports based on analyzed data, which provide insights into infrastructure performance & utilization
• Dashboard creation: Developing dashboards and visualization to help stakeholders understand complex data in a simple and easy-to-understand format.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of Infrastructure Reporting procedures.
• Communication: Communicating with various stakeholders, such as infrastructure teams, senior management in IT/Risk/Business
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitoring the reporting process and identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure that the reporting process is as effective and efficient as possible.

• Communicating with auditors to answer questions and provide clarification
• Reviewing audit findings and providing feedback to management
• Participating in meetings with auditors and management to discuss audit results
• Assisting with the preparation of documentation with Infrastructure teams to reduce audit issues
• Assisting to conduct IT risk assessments and documenting potential gaps
• Collaborating with Infrastructure teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
• Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of existing IT controls and making recommendations for improvements
• Working with Infrastructure teams to develop and implement risk mitigation controls

Requirements:

• Certificate Holder of CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
• Bachelor's Degree in Information System-related major
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in IT Risk or IT Audit
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Past experiences to manage operations in any component of IT infrastructures (PC, server, network, storages, etc.) or develop applications
