We are seeking a Operational Risk Management - Risk and Control Self-Assessment VPwho will beresponsible for administering and managing Operational Riskand Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) including Control Testing. Position: Operational Risk Management - Risk and Control Self-Assessment VP
Locations: NYC, NY (onsite)
Responsibilities
Support coordination of the RCSA process to ensure consistency with sound Risk Management standards and internal policy and procedures
Execute the Risk and Controls assessment, Process library management, Risk and Controls taxonomy, Controls testing, Issues management, Risk analytics
Maintain all associated process documentation
Execute testing programs and QA all associated documentation
Promote sound Operational Risk culture through various Operational Risk Management programs
Review and challenge risk assessments
Ensure a timely and efficient remediation plan is developed
Support all ad hoc tasks as they arise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum 10 years of Operational Risk Management experience and at least 5 years of experience related to RCSA, or other Risk and Controls are required
Solid analytical skills and MS office proficiency is required
Familiarity in knowledge of regulatory environment and governance practices
Deep understanding of RCSA or Enterprise Risk Management Risk Assessment and Control testing program is required
CFA, CPA, FRM or other Risk Management-related certifications are preferred
Pay Range: USD $110,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 per year depending on the experience.
