See Additional information Section.Qualifications:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Consulting customers to identify system requirements, scope and objectives, establishing metrics to measure and evaluate system performance, developing strategic plans and policies related to IT management, conducting audits of IT programs and projects, AND preparing cost estimates and budgets..
