Job Summary:
This Information Technology Manager is responsible for providing professional and timely IT technical support to the executive group. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a discreet fashion with urgency and confidentiality.
What You'll Do:
You will be a customer service and support evangelist delivering exceptional support to our goup leaders and their support staff. The primary focus of this high-profile role is to ensure that the technology needs of our leadership team are being addressed proactively. This role will also support a related trust entity and liaise with an external managed service provider.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Provide extraordinary IT support to customers, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer service levels are met, and exceeded; find improvement opportunities and implement these as needed.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining a document management system, accounting systems, investment reporting systems, and electronic board material software.
  • Provide support and training for the most common problems through hands-on engagement with IFO leadership.
  • Work with leadership team to perform computer upgrades and migrations
  • Own and drive IT projects and deliverables for leadership.
  • Support desktop hardware and mobile devices.
  • Support endpoint security standards (antivirus/firewall/patching/two-factor authentication)
  • Maintain a highly secure system aligned with best practices through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
  • Maintain and regularly audit permissions and privilege integrity within the system and file structures, share drives, and other systems that may require unique accesses.
  • Liaison with the central IT team
  • Provide support for various printers, videoconferencing, Office 365, accounting software, and telecommunication issues.
  • Quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Support the clients with basic IT needs and questions.
  • Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
  • Maintain a highly secure system aligned with best practices through proper configuration and system access monitoring
  • Install and integrate new and existing applications.
  • Ensure network security and connectivity.
  • Maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network.
  • Perform direct follow-up with colleagues and clients regarding remediation where appropriate.
  • Maintain documentation of systems and processes
  • Establish and report on all the above monthly.

Required Technical Experience
  • 3-4 years experience in IT Support in a professional environment
  • Strong experience in providing 1st/2nd line IT support.
  • Experience driving support ticket management and tracking.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
  • Experience communicating with vendors to manage expectations and relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of Mac OS, iOS and Android
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 (or current)
  • Network fundamentals and support experience (network configs, VPN, printing, etc).
  • Expert in Office 365
  • Very high technical proficiency, executive presence and strong communication skills.
  • Possible travel to support staff and events
Desired Skills
  • Previously part of an IT executive support team or family office environment.
  • 3+ years experience working in support of desk-side services with a specific focus on supporting executive levels and their assistants.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with Boardvantage.
