JOB OVERVIEW
As an Information Security Analyst, you'll take charge of both technical security responsibilities and compliance tasks. You will lead and participate in technical security projects aimed at enhancing our organization's security posture, such as implementing new tools or deploying controls. You'll also serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing requests and SOC2/HITRUST audit tasks.
The ideal candidate has an eye for automation, is self-starting, has a strong sense of ownership, and can independently drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Fulfill RFPs and customer due diligence requests
- Conduct vendor reviews
- Monitor security events and alerts using tools like Crowdstrike, Veracode, Microsoft Purview and Taegis
- Manage technical cloud security projects in Azure
- Draft SOPs for Security Team procedures
- Provide audit evidence for SOC and HITRUST assessments
- Assist in configuring and deploying security tools and controls
- Serve as a member of the Security Incident Response Team
- Perform access reviews
- Conduct risk assessments for various projects and initiatives
SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on experience with Crowdstrike, Veracode, Microsoft DLP, Taegis, Delinea, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience in an Azure environment (or equivalent cloud)
- SOC1, SOC2, HITRUST audit experience
- Working knowledge of the HIPAA framework
