Job Description
Under the direction of the Head Librarian, this person is responsible for providing support at the circulation desk and participating in reference services including University Libraries' Ask a Librarian chat reference service. Other functions of the job include assisting with interlibrary loan (ILL) requests, makerspace projects, and overall library coverage. The person in this position will assist in the design, coordination, implementation, and assessment of student engagement and outreach programming, such as diversity displays, game nights, the Authors' Reception, and the undergraduate research fair - Celebration of Scholarship.
The minimum qualifications are:
1+ years related experience
• Associate's Degree or higher
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review here.
