The Operations Department is seeking an experienced Information Analyst to provide records and information management services, oversee filing of all Guarantee related and administrative information records and implement Information technology (IT) workstream tasks. The Information Analyst will be based in Washington DC and report to the Program Manager in MIGOP and Senior Information Technology Officer in MIGFR.

Selection Criteria
Master’s degree in Archives, Records Management, Information Science, or related field with at least 2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience acquired in global institutions in either private or public sectorIn-depth understanding and practical experience with standards and good practices for Records Management, records appraisal, and records dispositionExperience with the Records Management solution for the Microsoft 365 platform and/or with using other electronic Records Management systemsAbility to develop out-of-box solutions and customizations on Microsoft Office 365 platform and experience with Microsoft Power Automate would be an assetExpert knowledge of practices for and experience with developing, organizing, and preserving records/library collectionsStrong knowledge of MIGA’s or the World Bank’s information systems and databases, including SharePoint will be added advantageFully proficient knowledge of Records Management practices including retrieval, reference, research, and advisory servicesExcellent oral and written communication skills in English; ability to write concise and accurate reports, and good public outreach skillsExcellent organizational, multi-tasking skills with strong sense of initiative and responsibilityFully proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and other similar programsThe ability to manage large quantities of statistical data and format such data in a user-friendly manner is criticalAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, multi-cultural environment Language requirements: English (required), French and Spanish (preferred)
