SalaryNesco Resource is looking for a Records Management Clerk located in Watertown, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $24.00-$28.00/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and scrutinize financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Handle payroll processing efficiently, utilizing Paychex.
- Ensure precise and timely recording of financial transactions adhering to GAAP standards.
- Execute Annual financial close procedures effectively.
- Maintain well-organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles.
- Proficient in bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Familiarity with sales and use tax preparation and filing processes is preferred.
- Prior experience with Macola Progression is advantageous.
- Display exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
