Position Overview
Paysafe is seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Leader to shape and execute our influencer strategy, playing a pivotal role in achieving our broader business objectives. As the Influencer Marketing Leader, you will collaborate closely with brand and public relations teams across our global business to bring our vision to life, driving impactful Influencer Marketing campaigns, partnerships, and activations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring flawless execution and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a hybrid work environment where you will have a blend of three in office working days and two remote working days during the work week.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of creator/Influencer Marketing initiatives to achieve brand goals and maximize return on investment
- Locate and start conversations with appropriate influencers for brand collaborations is necessary; Cultivate relationships with influencers directly or indirectly through agency partners
- Handle contractual negotiations and the management of connections with influential parties
- Stay informed about the latest influencers and trends in gaming and our Paysafe verticals, presenting opportunities to engage merchants and consumers in innovative ways
- Ensure creator/Influencer Marketing campaigns align with brand guidelines, launch on schedule, and stay within budget
- Integrate creator/Influencer Marketing campaigns within websites, digital campaigns, and CRM systems to monitor performance and serve as a recruitment hub for interested creators/influencers
- Identify and onboard agency and external partners to extend the reach of the Influencer Marketing team
- Oversee budgets for all Influencer Marketing activities, including external partnerships
- Report on key metrics and provide regular reporting on Influencer Marketing performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing within applicable industries (gaming, esports, web3, entertainment, travel, payment solutions)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the creator/influencer space, social media, measurement, and affiliate ecosystems
- Experience with Influencer Marketing platforms such as GRIN, CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, or similar
- Expertise with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant social media platforms
- Knowledge of current trends in the gaming industry and related marketing trends
- Experience working with, and/or managing Influencer Marketing agencies from the RFP process through day-to-day execution and budget management
- Awareness and knowledge of social, cultural trends, and current events
Bonus Points
- Previous experience working at a gaming publisher, developer, or agency
- Direct experience working with content creator platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok
- Knowledgeable about Paysafe and its solutions (Skrill, Paysafecard, and Paysafe cash)
