As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll work hand in hand with the Director of Brand Management and other key stakeholders across Marketing to grow and cultivate ongoing relationships with new and existing influencers through product exchanges, paid campaigns, and event opportunities. You'll constantly think about ways to improve the Influencer Programs and what else the team can do to be best-in-class. You'll present opportunities where Cirkul could make an impact within the Influencer industry. You'll have a strategic mind and be responsible for executing strategies to meet our goals as a team and a business. You'll be excellent at multitasking, have a creative way of thinking, have a strong understanding of Influencer Marketing and related fields, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to leadership.
- Driving Results: Continue to scale our current program and support in the building of any new initiatives and report monthly KPI updates to leadership to show channel growth and performance.
- Taking Ownership: Constantly look for ways to optimize our Influencer Marketing strategy to drive results and bring our influencers fresh, fun, and exciting opportunities.
- Making Decisions: Support in Influencer cost negotiations and contracts and continue to find and implement new ideas to grow and engage with our Influencer Community.
- Cultivating Relationships: Manage and approve all communications with influencers to ensure we're putting our best foot forward. Provide quick and supportive feedbackaround all communications with influencers to ensure our influencers feel supported and
- appreciated daily.
- Instilling Trust: Champion new influencer opportunities and support other team members' growth.
- Customer Focus: Have a pulse on emerging trends, technologies, platforms, and influencers to drive best in class experiences for new and existing influencers.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Influencer Marketing industry.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Networking aptitude.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns in-house and across 3rd party platforms.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven; "get-it-done" mentality.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to support multiple junior-level team members.
