Present in 90 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France). Our subsidiary, NAOS North America (Canada/US) is looking for a Influencer and Public relation Manager. We could be flexible on the location as long that it is in the US.
About the Role:
As an Influencer and PR Manager you will be responsible for crafting and executing effective PR and influencer marketing strategies to enhance our brand's reputation in the U.S. We are looking for passionate, creative, and analytical professional to grow brand database of influencers and content creators, nurture long-term relationships with leading media outlets in beauty and health, craft and execute brand seeding experiences. This person should have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to conceptualize, pitch and negotiate deals with new influencers and content creators. The candidate should have working knowledge of the beauty/lifestyle Influencer and events space and must have established relationships with beauty and lifestyle press.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing:
- Develop Bioderma USA Influencer go-to-market strategy across key social platforms. Develop and manage execution of influencer outreach campaigns, aligning them with the overarching brand plan.
- Curate and grow Influencer and creator portfolio to drive brand recognition, consumer engagement and retention.
- Conceptualize, pitch, negotiate, and secure usage content rights for all influencer partnerships.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Identify new creator opportunities across emerging platforms and lead creative ideation, unlocking new content opportunities for the brand
Public Relations:
- Develop and implement annual PR strategy for Bioderma USA to drive positive brand image and enhance medical roots of the brand.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expose Bioderma brand to new audiences, partnering with key beauty, lifestyle and medical publications, content creators, brand ambassadors through product seeding, digital campaigns, experiential brand events, and activations.
- Craft compelling press releases, pitches, and other PR materials.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests and build relationships with key media contacts.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media platforms, newsletters, and brand site.
- Oversee the production of multimedia content like videos and infographics for Influencer and PR campaigns.
Operations:
- Manage campaign and talent budgets and logistics for all Influencer and PR initiatives.
- Prepare, distribute, and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, post-campaign and evergreen performance reports, and the latest influencer relations performance reports that provide ROI and key metrics.
- Proactively deliver industry insights, trends and case studies to internal cross-functional teams and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with in-house influencer programming, Public Relations, partnerships and campaigns;
- Strong relationship building history with demonstrated success in securing effective influencers for evergreen efforts, national campaigns and brand events.
- Deep media relationships in the beauty / lifestyle space
- Proven ability to successfully manage individual partnerships and campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Strong understanding of native social media platforms (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest), influencer management and PR tools.
