Infant Room Teacher

The Elite Academy: Music Preschool is searching for Lead Infant Caregivers. We are searching for reliable, trustworthy, and innovative caregivers to join our excellent school. Lead Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.
• Maintaining the safety, health, and wellbeing all children in your care.
• Being consistent on scheduled and diaper changes and feedings
• Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs your children.
• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating Infant Room where all children feel safe and valued.
• Monitoring and assessing infants daily and updating parent notification app.
• Ensuring Infant Room toys and equipment are clean and in working condition.

Lead Infant Room Caregiver Requirements:

• Associates in Early Childhood Teaching, Education, or a related discipline is a plus.
• Additional courses or training in Education would be advantageous.
• Passionate about infant education.
• Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• All candidates must have a clean background check and be prepared to submit required information for a background check.
• All candidates must have reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
