They are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their new Tualatin branch. Industrial Supply Branch Manager Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team including an outside sales representative, an assistant Branch Manager, and inside/counter salespeople.
• Engage with a diverse customer base ranging from OEMs in various industries to purchasing agents, engineers, and end users.
• Utilize a deep understanding of the products to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Drive the branch’s revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage the branch’s profit and loss to maximize profitability.
• Ensure the highest level of service and technical knowledge is provided to customers.

• A relational sales style with a strong mechanical orientation and familiarity with hydraulic and automation components.
• Demonstrated success in supervising a sales team and managing P&L responsibilities.
