Join Advantage Resourcing and our partner company that is looking to grow its outside sales force by adding dynamic individuals with excellent follow-through. The ideal candidate will have bulk bag sales experience and be interested in visiting our customer and prospect manufacturing facilities and working to find improvements that yield bottom-line results.
We are seeking an Industrial Sales Representative in Lafayette, LA to join our partner’s growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing your territory sales, new and existing customer relations, and bringing in new business. As the lead point of contact for all customer matters, you should anticipate the customer’s requirements, work within the company to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner, and help customers generate savings.
Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $20+ per hour (Based on experience)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pay strict attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customers and projects
- Proven results in delivering customer solutions and meeting sales goals
