Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within the Shooting Sports Industry to both our dealers and our company. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers while bringing value to their business. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a deep understanding of the Shooting Sports market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Shooting Sports Industry dealer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to gain business with licensed dealers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Shooting Sports or firearms industry.
- Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and shooting accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to attend industry events and customer meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in B2B sales within the Shooting Sports Industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
