Industrial Quality Engineer/Manager with rail domain exp.

Location : Mare Island – CA

Job : Onsite at ALSTOM office

Fulltime

Salary- $110-120K Per annum + Benefits

Closest Match : Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) but this person will do Internal Quality Management instead of suppliers Quality. (SQE +MRB)

Train Domain preferred if not Aerospace.

• Manages and leads quality process for the client facility.
• Performs incoming, production, and modification quality inspections.
• Maintains documentation of car history records in ERP systems.
• Process non-conforming material and manages MRB transactions.
• Collaborates with customers for first-article inspections and resolves specification concerns.
• Manages and controls calibrated tools for production use.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collects and analyzes data to identify root causes of reoccurring issues.
• Conducts 8D, QRQC, PDCA, Workstation Audits, and Return of Experience.
