Job Title:Industrial Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing all aspects of industrial production
equipment maintenance such as CNC machine repair (mechanical and electrical), automation, general
building repairs, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. The working environment is exclusively on
the plant floor.
Job Description:
Tasks:
* Perform electrical and CNC machine repairs and mechanical alignments.
* Perform repairs on both production and non-production equipment such as broaches, grinders,
polishers, etc.
* Maintain and repair support equipment such as conveyors, elevators, and blenders.
* Complete regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
* Move and install machinery and automation components.
Job Specification:
Competencies:
* Knowledge of pipe fitting, welding, electrical wiring, and general mechanics
* Knowledge of industrial electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues.
* Ability to comply with safety regulations and practice safe working habits.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 10-15 years' experience working in an Industrial Maintenance role
* Experience with pumps (diaphragm and centrifugal) drives e.g., gearbox, belts, chain, hydraulic,
couplings, air motors, bearings, shafts, nuts, bolts, taps, and dies.
* Electrical experience: High voltage 460-volt 3 phase circuits, motor controls, low voltage
* Work/repair experience on the following equipment is preferred: Okuma, Makino, Fuji, Fanuc
controls.
* Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be available for overtime when needed.
* Must be able to work with a diverse group of coworkers.
* Stable work history and ability to come into work on time every scheduled day

Shift times:
1st: 6am – 2:30 pm
2nd: 2 pm – 10:30 pm
3rd: 10:30 pm – 6:00 am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
