Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and efficiently with minimal downtime to machines.
- Utilize PLEX to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, including parts used and costs incurred.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential safety hazards and address them promptly.
- Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
Skills:
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to supervise and coordinate contractors.
- Experience working with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and tenants.
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Ability to perform basic welding tasks for repairs.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
