Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, robots, conveyor systems, production machines and other equipmentTroubleshoot electrical systems including, but not limited to three-phase motors, start/stop circuits, AC/DC drives, running electrical conduit, and read electrical prints.
Perform equipment installation, PMs, and complete assigned projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining & supporting all equipment in JIT Production Environment and other areas as required.
Complete all tasks, work orders, & PM's as directed by supervisor in a safe & timely manner.
Make approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs.
Perform repairs, rebuild & trouble shoot equipment to ensure production efficiencies are met.
Daily record all line calls, work orders, PM's & work history electronically in eMaintenance System.
Complete all required and applicable training required by Adient.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed (daily, weekly, shutdowns etc.)
Must be willing to work any shift on short, but reasonable notice.
Must continuously improve and develop skills/knowledge.
Complete all other tasks as requested by the Engineering Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
Authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear.
Maintain license to operate a Hilo, Scissor Lift and Articulating Lift
Excellent attendance and steady work history

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 30lbs.
Ability to safely access vertical areas via stairs or ladder
Ability to safely climb and work on a ladder
Ability to safely work with Power Tools
Standing or walking 6-8 hours to assist production
Bending, Pushing, & Pulling
High school diploma or equivalent, certification (Preferred)
Journeyman's Card (Accepted)
3-5 years of maintenance experience, industrial automotive preferred.
