Form of work Do you have previous maintenance experience? Our client in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Maintenance Associate for their production facility. This will be a Monday-Friday schedule but may include some Saturdays depending on the needs of the plant. Hours will range from 6:30a-7p. Pay will be $18/hour.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Analyze equipment problems and perform root cause analysis
-Ability to follow safe work practices in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations
-Repair and replace faulty components of machinery
-Assisting Maintenance Supervisor with additional tasks as requested.
Requirements
-Previous role held in a maintenance position in manufacturing
-Mechanical/Hydraulic Adjustment experience
-Welding experience a plus if converted full-time
