We specialize in custom fabricated conveyor systems, grain elevator components, dry milling components, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. We offer 24/7 emergency service and aim to build trusting relationships with our customers by providing quality products that meet their needs and allow them to continue day-to-day operations during maintenance and repairs.
Dynamic Fusion is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and operation of package handling facilities, with a primary emphasis on conveyor systems. This full-time position requires daily travel and occasional overnight stays, with the convenience of company-provided, fully equipped vehicles. The role predominantly operates within a 2-hour radius of our base facility, and compensation includes time spent traveling to and from the facility. Notably, overtime is provided after 8 hours in a day rather than the standard 40-hour workweek. Working hours may vary based on daily duties, typically ranging from 8 am to 4:30 pm. As a company committed to 24-hour assistance, this role will participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Successful candidates will begin accruing paid time off (PTO) after 60 days of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairs and replaces defective parts.
- Conduct alignment, testing, and necessary adjustments to equipment.
- Troubleshoot and ensure conveyor belts meet facility specifications.
- Assemble bearings, align gears and shafts, and install motors and gearboxes.
- Execute preventive maintenance on all equipment.
- Display adaptability and the ability to custom fabricate as needed.
- Foster a cohesive and productive team environment.
- Assume responsibility for safety, quality, and production with limited supervision.
- Adhere to safety procedures.
- Maintain timely and accurate paperwork to optimize invoicing processes.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in welding, particularly MIG and Stick (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret measurements using tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Confidence in workmanship.

This position will not report to our shop location in Tulsa, OK on a daily basis. Rather this position will work alongside another team member out of a company provided truck and will complete assignments typically within a 2-hour radius of Joplin, MO.
