COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXERIENCE AND SKILLS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Disassembles Blow Molding machinery, auxiliary, and downstream equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Repairs and replaces broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Repairs and maintains the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment
• Examines parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
• Reassembles equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
• Observes and tests the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices
• Operates newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
• Analyzes test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
• AC/DC Motor and (VFD) Drives ( PLC Allen Bradley). Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems. Fabrication of Mechanical parts and various items to modify production equipment.
• Records repairs and maintenance performed
• Good communication skills to partner with Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineer, Maintenance Technicians and Machine Operators on assignments on plant machinery
