Maintenance Tech 1 - Industrial

We currently have two opportunities for  Maintenance Technician I (1) working the following schedules:

Wednesday through Saturday, 12:30PM to 11:00PM, Off Sunday, Monday and Tuesday

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday7:00AM to 7:30PM and Wednesdays 7:00AM to 11:00AM, Off Thursday, Friday and Saturday

The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains production equipment, troubleshoots equipment failures, and performs routine and emergency mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical maintenance. In addition, he or she helps install new equipment.

The ideal Maintenance Tech I candidate has:

• One year of maintenance experience in an industrial setting (preferred).
• One year of mechanical or electrical knowledge (preferred).
• Basic mechanical understanding and repair.
• Basic plumbing and leak repair.
• Knows proper use of various hand tools and has their own hand tools.
• Is a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Is physically able to perform the duties of the job (move heavy equipment/machinery, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, walk/stand, etc.)
• Has as strong communication skills.
• Is willing to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays.
