Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

• Keep two automatic bagging lines running like clockwork.
• Master the art of inventory management for spare parts.
• Handle rebuilds, repairs, installations, and removals like a champ.
• Ensure critical equipment plays nice and stays in alignment.
• Rock the paperwork, tracking repairs and staying on top of equipment issues.
• Show us your mojo with self-motivation and mad organizational skills.
• Obsess over the details (seriously, we mean it).

Electrical Wizardry:

• Know your way around electrical theories.
• Be a troubleshooting Jedi.
• Decode schematics with your eyes closed.
• American and European motors? No problem.
• Dance with VFDs like it's nobody's business.
• Shine a light on photocells, light curtains, and metal detection systems.
• Tame the beasts: breakers, contactors, overload devices, transformers, inverters.

Mechanical Mastery:

• Mechanical wizardry is your middle name.
• Read mechanical prints like bedtime stories.
• Belt drives, bearings, conveyor systems? Nailed it.
• Gearbox maintenance is your jam.
• Chain drives, rack and pinion systems, pneumatic actuators - no sweat.
• Bring out your inner blacksmith with some fabrication skills.
• Welding? You've got the smaw, mig, and tig magic.
• Machining? You know your way around the workshop.

Controls Command:

• PLC & HMI systems tremble at your touch.
• Know your closed and open loop systems inside out.
• Allen Bradley and Siemens controllers bow to your expertise.
• Motion control schemes? You've got them down pat.
• Common PLC programming languages? You speak them fluently.
