EVS Public Area Supervisor
Summary of Job:
Responsible for the retention, supervision and training of hourly Public Area employees. Must
have knowledge of and understand floor care including marble, brass and glass cleaning. Responsible for making the customers property "Shine" and our employees shine.
Job Functions:

• Ensures all Public Areas are cleaned on each shift by assigned employees exceeding customers' expectations.
• Maintains inventory of Public Area cleaning supplies Inspects employees work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assists as needed Publicly recognizes and rewards employees Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees.
• Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating procedures Adheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida.
• Works weekends and holidays.
• Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees.

Employment and Education:

• High School education or GED.
• Three years prior Public Area, housekeeping or cleaning supervisory experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must meet company and clients appearance standards.
• Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
• Ability to motivate and respect hourly employees.
• Knowledge of e-mail, MS-Word.
