Looking for Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

· Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
· Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems and repair machines.
· Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts and returns machine to working condition.
· Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery on a routine basis.
· Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains material conveying systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
· Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the establishment.
· Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts.
· Operates cutting torch or welding equipment safely and effectively.
· Completes work in timely manner.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
· Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
· Other duties may be assigned.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing mechanical issues
- Experience working with high voltage and low voltage systems
- Familiarity with industrial electrician work is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
