This job posting is for 3rd Shift with a rotational work schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off, and then 3 days on, 4 days off the next week. The work hours are generally 10 hours a day and the shift generally starts at 9:00 p.m. The starting base rate of pay is $24.80/hour, plus a shift premium of $2.00/hour. Starting pay can be higher based on experience. This position is also eligible for overtime pay. Team members must be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
- Responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production. This includes repairing and maintaining the operating conditions of the machinery and equipment, and troubleshooting problems that occur in the day-to-day operation of the facility.
- Performs work involving hydraulics, pneumatic electrical, and mechanics in general, as well as some welding.
- Sets up, adjusts, and breaks down production line machinery and completes daily documentation, as required.
- All team members are responsible for safety, including but not limited to, personal safety and food safety
