Equipment Maintenance: ...
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Machine Adjustments:
Perform adjustments to machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Calibrate and align components as needed.
Emergency Repairs:
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Implement corrective actions to restore equipment functionality.
Installation and Upgrades:
Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Assist in the implementation of upgrades and modifications.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance activities.
Identify and address safety concerns promptly.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
Complete service reports, documenting tasks performed and parts used.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members as needed.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
5+ years of experience preferred.
Education:
Trade
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of PLCs and other industrial control systems.
Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy machinery components.
Comfort working in various weather conditions.
Relevant certifications in industrial maintenance or related fields.
