The Grant Writer is instrumental in securing support from foundations, corporations, and government entities through formal proposals for its non-profit and profit sector. Breathe Life Healing Centers is committed to serving clients in treatment, making this position integral to our mission.
This is a Independent Contractor position
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Research potential funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other sources.
- Collaborate with program managers and other staff to gather information for grant proposals.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop budgets and financial reports to support grant proposals.
- Track and report on the progress of grant applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all grants received and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in grant writing.
