Opportunity
Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers
- Proficient in analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
